• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or utilize any content provided by Kenz Technology without prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for project execution.
• Ensure all materials supplied to Kenz Technology comply with legal and copyright requirements.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to initiate services, with the balance due upon project completion.
• All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Liability

• Kenz Technology is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its branding services.
• Clients are responsible for final approval of all designs and materials before implementation.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination point will be invoiced accordingly.
